Shipping Policy

Discreet Packaging and Shipping 

We understand your concern on privacy and discretion. All packages we ship are in plain brown cardboard boxes. We do not have the name Stoned Genie on the box at all. Only thing that will be on all boxes is the shipping label and a fragile sticker. 

Items Broken in Shipping 

ALL items damaged in shipping will have a solution worked out for you with either a replacement or refund. We ask that you please stay patient and getting angry over email does not make your issue get processed faster. Please take a picture of the broken item and send it to care@stonedgenie.com. We pledge to try our best to remedy all situations as fast as possible. We want you all our customers to have full confidence and trust when shopping with Stoned Genie. 

 We ship from the USA 

All orders over $15 dollars have FREE shipping in USA including US territories. 

Shipping Times & Handling Time  

We ship orders Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please allow 1 to 2 business day handling time. 

Shipping Fee's 

We do not refund first class mail/priority shipping costs on orders that are delayed in the mail due to the shipping company. We will do our best to get the package to you ASAP but after the shipping company picks up the order, it is now in their hands. If any orders are lost in the mail, please reach out and we will be happy to help you. 

Packages that are returned to sender 

If your package is returned to us due to invalid address, missing apartment number or anything along those lines. You will be refunded MINUS the postage cost.
